01. what are your service charges like?
it is an easy tiered system that goes like this:

orders up to £100: 7% service charge
orders from £101 - £200: 6% service charge
orders from £201 and above: 5% service charge

please do note that the minimum order starts at £50.

02. so what's the advantage of using your service?
well, take an order from the website ASOS for instance. ASOS does not ship their shoes outside of europe, but one were to place an order through our service, you can just about order ANYTHING from the website. moreover, domestic shipping for ASOS is a standard rate of £3.75 via First Class Mail (which usually arrives the next day after the order is processed successfully). as such, shipping costs would be significantly cheaper and most importantly, the waiting time for your items would be infinitely shorter. in short, cheaper, faster and a wider range to choose from.

03. okay, i'm all ears! so how would you deliver my items?
i'll use the cheapest method which usually would mean royal mail. you can check the pricing for international delivery. as a gauge, a 2kg parcel to Singapore costs around £18 on average and it takes about 5 working days tops to reach Singapore. in addition, we will declare all packages as "GIFTS" to avoid the incurrence of GST charges on the part of our customers. As much as possible, we will also try to declare the item value to be below SGD$400 (to avoid GST once again), although the amount of insurance would also be capped for up to a value of SGD$400.

04. SWEET! so what forms of payment methods do you accept?
i accept paypal (although additional charges would occur if it is a credit-card funded paypal account) OR bank transfers to my POSB savings account. direct credit card payment can also be arranged if necessary.

05. so when should i pay?
FULL payment for the order should be made at the onset (prior to my placing of the order). international shipping charges should be made prior to shipping - i will endeavour to obtain an exact shipping quotation from the postal office. after payment is made for international shipping, i will mail it out the very next day and provide you with the tracking number.

06. how about exchange rates? you're charging in pounds!
for payments made via bank transfers, the exchange rate at the moment is 1 GBP = SGD$3.08 (based on rate quoted in sgspree). for paypal payments, the exchange rate would be that of paypal's. the exchange rate for the day would be reflected by the sidebar on the mainpage for easy reference.

07. refunds? when does that occur?
refunds are made if an item goes out of stock. i will do refunds immediately via the method with which payment was made (i.e. if you've paid via a bank transfer, the refund method would be that of a bank transfer too).

08. missing items, how about refunds for those eh?
sorry, no can do. i'm not liable for items lost in transit/shipping. as such it's best that items are sent via international signed-for with a tracking number and a basic insured amount. additional insurance can be purchased from the postal service if requested.

09. so how do i know you wouldn't just up-end and run off with my money?
well you'd have to take my word for it. but i've sold items on ebay under the username zerodross and my feedback has been excellent. plus i am registered with sgselltrade as a seller and i do partake in sprees on the spree communities. all in all, i just like being an "enabler" when it comes to shopping. so if i can help someone out with shopping, why not? especially since i've always helped my friends back in singapore with purchasing items from lush, benefit, pout, la senza, asos, etc.

10. so what's the tenth question?

just like any regular shopaholic with a slight obsession for bags.

i've traded on ebay under the username zerodross and my feedback has been excellent. after being turned onto spree-ing communities by my BFF and helping my friends back in singapore purchase their ASOS items, i realised that it'd probably a heck lot easier for spree organisers to have a UK based concierge service too (since most online concierge services seem to cater to US websites).

to get to the point of it all, i'm just your regular undergrad looking to earn a couple of pounds to fund my textbook purchases. (seriously, a slim jim book on cybercrime costs well over 20 pounds, that's completely ridiculous considering i'll only use it for one semester.)
